Quonset Bicycle, Hike, Canoe and Snowshoe Tours

Quonset Bicycle, Hike, Canoe & Snowshoe Tours – North Kingstown, RI – Former Native American settlement, former US Navy Base, turned industrial park, residential neighborhood and nature preserve. Approximately 8 miles round trip. Tour includes nice bike ride to the bay, stop at the Seabee Museum and Memorial Park, leisurely walk with breakfast, lunch or dinner on a secluded beach and nature preserve with pristine views of Narragansett Bay. Numerous side trips are possible, including three public beaches, the North Kingstown Golf Course, the Quonset Air Museum, and ferry service to Martha’s Vineyard. There are also many hiking trails throughout the unimproved park. During the winter months when the path is covered in snow we leave the bikes at home and use snowshoes instead.
